We recently had the duct system cleaned. So very happy we chose Zerorez!! Rick was very knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and super clean/tidy!! Unfortunately, the power in our city went out in the middle of him cleaning so we had to schedule for him to finish. He handled it like a champ! The cost was for what they did was very reasonable. I’m looking forward to using this company in the future and I would highly recommend them to friends and family.

Zerorez found time for me on short notice. I really appreciated that. They seem very neat efficient. My carpets were soiled with dog urine and they got most of it out. There is still a little odor and I am just going to have to get new carpets eventually. But I will always recommend Zerorez and go with them myself.

They did a super good job of cleaning the carpet and getting almost all of the stains out. There were two stains they didn't get out, but that was understandable: (1) probably worn carpet, and (2) crayon and/or ink in the kids room. They also cleaned my personal rug and it is amazing how bright the colors are now. They were at the FaVS Center from 9:15 - 11:12 am.

I have just one comment for future jobs: After cleaning it, the young man stuck my rug over an upside down table, to dry, so there were 4 protruding bumps in the rug, made by the legs. At home, I got those areas wet again and they are flat now. They were very pleasant to work with and gave every appearance of being caring and competent.

My technician was very knowledgeable and efficient. He cleaned the carpet completely. The carpet was dry quickly and I was able to relocate the furniture. Several spots of concern were removed completely. I have been a Zerorez customer and certainly will remain so.
