the only complaint i have is that it took me 25 minutes on hold when i called before i even got connected to a real person that could take my info and book an appointment. The person i talked to on the phone, very nice. the tech called me when he got to the house ( i was at work) and he was also very nice and courteous. the tech(s) did a great job, carpet looks brand new.

Showed up sooner than planned. Worked efficiently. Did a pretty good job of cleaning up around the vents. Both were really polite. Even when I told them they could take their masks and shoe covers off, they said it was company policy and kept them on. Kudos to Daniel B end Dominic ( I hope I got his name right )

Tyler did a great job, the carpets look great and dried nicely! One issue is that the wall on the stairs was scraped from cleaning the stairs. Two areas will need to be repainted but otherwise very happy! Tyler was a very nice and professional! I will use your business again!

I have had Zerorez clean my carpets and my air vents and every time the technicians are always nice, polite, knowledgeable, and efficient. They do a wonderful job with a smile and pleasant conversation. When they're done they pack up all of their equipment and leave my home cleaner than when they arrived. It's a wonderful company with excellent employees. I highly recommend!
