Our carpets hadn't been cleaned in a while so to have them clean again was a delight. There were three small areas that were missed but you were very helpful in scheduling an appointment to take care of those all in one room. It was a cold day so having doors open and fans on did little to dry the rugs in the six hours mentioned. It actually took until the following night and then one area in the master bedroom was still damp. We really appreciate the no residue concept and carpets again look nice and bright and we were glad to take advantage of the protectant option. Regardless, we think your Ziling is a keeper. She is personable, conscientious and a hard worker.

Your technician, Andrew, was so pleasant and did a great job. My stairway was in bad shape but he made it look like new along with all the rooms and hallways that he worked on.
