Technician was very professional and did a great job of cleaning our couch and carpet. Made sure we were completely satisfied, and asked if there was anything else he could do for us. He was not in a hurry and very thorough. If I remember correctly, his name was Tyler. IT'S A PLEASURE DOING BUSINESS WITH A COMPANY THAT PUTS CUSTOMER SATISFACTION AS THEIR NUNBER 1 PRIORITY.

I was very impressed with your technician, Benton. He was courteous and did a fantastic job. My carpeting looks brand new. A few years ago I had my carpets done by your Spokane office with a different technician. Wasn’t sure if I would use Zerorez again because I wasn’t impressed by the job the technician did. Decided to give you another try, glad I did. There’s no comparison between the job the other tech did and Benton’s . He did an excellent job, especially on my stairs. Very satisfied!
