i was extremely thankful in what your service people were able to do in what they had to work with. The carpets had issues that are hard to describe but they were able to do the best they could. These carpets really needed cleaning when we moved in. I appreciated the citrus scent used. That is what I use in cleaning supplies I use in my home. Your service people were very helpful in any questions that came up. Your company will be the one I will use for any cleaning I need in the future. I was disappointed that it took so long for the gentleman to arrive, and I just about cancelled it. But the man was so very nice and charming that he talked me into going ahead with the cleaning..
He told me his name but I've forgotten it, but he did a marvelous job and saved the day for me and my husband. I didn't want to keep the house in topsy-turvey condition for another wait.
