We've always been very happy with the cleaning! This last time, however, something went wrong and we were disappointed... but after speaking with customer service, they were more than willing to make it right! They are coming back and redoing the job which we appreciate! Unfortunately, our house has and will be torn apart for much longer than we'd anticipated but at least they are coming back at no additional charge!!
The products are healthier. The service people take care while working in your home: foot coverings. And care with their equipment not to damage anything.

Zee and the young man she was training were great. Zee was a great teacher and was great about explaining services and what they were doing. They did a good job and were hard workers.
Very pleased with the process. Your Tech Joshua arrived a little early and set up very quickly. since I did not know if my carpeting was wool or not so we did a test to make sure. The backing was jute but the fibers were synthetic. Having that information via test made it possible to use the correct cleaning procedure to make sure that the carpeting was not damaged. That's pretty impressive to get that kind of customer service. This cleaning process goes quickly. the carpet looked wonderful and best of all no heavy artificial scent. Technician showed up on time and did an outstanding job. Was respectful and worked up a good sweat cleaning up our carpets for the holidays.
