The technicians were on time. They went over the spaces which needed to be cleaned. After they had finished they had me check out there work. they had forgotten to do the closet which we talked about and after I asked them about it, they were happy to do it. The were very professional.

My carpets look great and the girl who cleaned them was amazing. I’ve had my carpets cleaned by Zerorez about once a year and usually satisfied with the results. But the female technician who did them yesterday 9/29 worked so hard on the traffic areas that they look like new. Wow, Z is a Wonder Woman!

The customer service from Noel was outstanding! He made every effort to make sure we were taken care of expediently and made sure he explained the process so we knew what would be going on. The first attempt at cleaning our rugs was not complete; there were a few rugs that looked like they had only been vacuumed and Noel had the technician scheduled to come out with 24hrs to redo them. Amazing! Thank you for taking care of us and making us feel valued. Zero-rez is wonderful.
