Their employees arrive on time and ready to clean. The finished job has always been beautiful. We have Zero Rez clean our upholstery,our carpet,our natural stone tile, and they even seal grout lines! The gentleman that came to clean and disinfect our vents was amazing he was very professional and helpful with any questions I had!

The cleaners do a good job They are respectful of your home.
I like the added step where the vacuum like counter rotating drums pulls up dirt etc to the surface.
I also like the deep clean process of flushing the carpet of pet stains. Although it’s very expensive, it does work!
I like that you don’t use chemicals
