My schedule time frame was 8 am to 12 pm but the person arrived at 8:30 am which was nice as it allowed more time for the carpet to dry. The process was over at 9:30 and by 2:00 pm the carpet was dry. The person said it would take about 2-4 hours for the carpet to dry. So well in the time frame. He did a good job on the well traveled parts of the carpet.

Got out old stains. Carpets dried fairly quickly and were appropriately damp not wet afterward, no chemical smells.

I love Zeroez! The assurance that the carpet is clean right to the core and always looks brand new when the job is done. I really put their talents to the test this last cleaning. My dog and cat were ill at the same time and the carpet took a huge hit while I was at work. Zeroez had the perfect cleaner and equipment to extract the mess and smell. Jake was so very diligent with the process and explained the How's and Why's.
