Jason was very friendly and explained what he was going to do. He worked efficiently and everything was clean just as he said it would be. I also chose to have my vents disinfected. I am very happy with the work done.

The tecnician was very thorough in explaining the process. She worked quickly and efficiently. I love that the rooms smelled clean and fresh vs a chemical /citrus smell that comes with a lot of carpet shampoos. She was done fast and made sure I was happy before leaving. The checkout process is super easy too. Overall, great job and I wll definitely use them again.

You consistently do a gret job!

I love how it doesn't leave a chemical smell and the carpets always look amazing when completed. We have 3 dogs and its always a miracle when they get the dog smell out of the carpet.

You work hard to make it right

Very knowledgeable technician. He did a great job and the carpets looked much better than I expected them to afterwards. I appreciated his extra attention to details on spots in the carpet, taking care to not scratch walls, etc.
