Austin contacted us right before his prompt arrival. He explained clearly what he was going to do and asked if we had any questions or spots on the carpet that needed extra attention. He was extremely careful and thorough with his work plan. He even "combed" the carpet when he was done to fluff it up!

Prompt arrival of technician. Melanie at the office kept us informed about technician's arrival. Thanks for using mask per COVID protocol. Found multiple pet stains using black light to identify, and recommended "deep clean" service. Very pricey, however worth it in the long run. Thanks for using the orange cone-shaped guards to protect molding and the door guard to keep the house's heat from escaping out the front door on a 14 degree day! Glad that the technician had the styrofoam protectors for wood and metal furniture (last time we had Zerorez, they were out of them). Hard working and thorough technician. She was very friendly.

We couldn’t remember the last time we had the duct work in our home of nearly 40 years cleaned. My wife and I were dealing with itchy eyes and frequent sneezing. I called around and found ZeroRez had an available booking and we scheduled a visit. James was our technician. He managed to get the large vacuum unit into our small basement, taped off all the heat vents and air returns and started the process. He showed us some of the huge dust bunnies he pulled from the cold air returns, obviously it had been a long time since the last cleaning! Since the cleaning there have been no itchy eyes,very little sneezing and we’re quite happy.

The service of cleaning our carpets was superb, step by step procedure, we informed
Joshua of the areas of cleaning, he listened to our concerns of wear areas, we had to move
the bed frame aside is all, so all rooms were easily accessible . Being as cold as it was
outside , it was nice to have the blue wind barrier in place.. he was careful to use the
blue booties as needed ... above all he was gracious, friendly , and tell the boss he deserves a raise!!!!! He informed us about drying time and being careful to wear
appropriate footwear if possible to protect the carpet in the future. Paying by the
phone way was great. He is a responsible employee who represented Zerorez as
a professional company. A good worker, hold on to him .

Other than not calling 15-30 minutes before they were to arrive, they arrived on time, explained how and what they were going to do and got the job done quickly and well. The technicians were friendly and knowledgeable and didn't leave a mess when they left.
