The technicians are polite and efficient
We had an initial cleaning of some dog urine stains on our carpet and the technician worked very diligently into the late evening but in the morning we noticed the stains were still visible. Zerorez was very good about sending another technician out to take care of the staining that we saw and it is now looking good as new.
