The technician that came out was very polite and professional and driven to clean well. We were thinking and replacing our couch and he offered to clean it. We had the couch since 2014 and an d we got it used, plus we have 4 kids all under the age of 10, and now since it was clean we are stuned that there is some much life left in the couch. The technician did an amazing job and would happily recommend zerorez anytime to anyone.

We were very pleased with Zerorez last year, and again in 2023. We appreciate being prompted with tips to prepare our home for cleaning & for courteous input about the window of time for arrival on the day scheduled. Our technician Alex was friendly, polite, respectful and very hard working. The results of his efforts are amazing and we so appreciate this extra care for maintaining our flooring.

Quality of work, efficiency

This is the second time that I had a technician clean the space really well that Ineeded cleaned. After the carpet dried, there were no "pop-up" spots that reappeared.
