Alex my technician was friendly, knowledgeable, quick and very efficient.
Easy to schedule appointments and price is reasonable. The service is good value.
I’ve used ZeroRez half a dozen times and have been happy each time.

From scheduling a duct cleaning to finish, ZeroRez was spectacular! Everyone was very friendly and personable.

I was notified via text (which I prefer) of appointment time and when the tech would arrive.

I share my home with 2 large dogs, 4 cats, 2 cockatoos and other tank-bound family members and with all the fur and powder produced I knew the ducts would be filthy! I was shown pictures of before and after that proved I was right!! Dog hair bunnies everywhere before and completely gone after!

Overall, I am very happy I chose ZeroRez to service my filthy air ducts and give them a 10 overall rating!

I liked how well the gentleman who came to clean my carpet was very thorough in everything he did, very respectful of my house, if I needed to know something he did a great job explaining and informing me. I would reccomend him and zerorez to everyone!!!

Customer service from our rep Bryan! He was meticulous, professional, and willing to adapt to any requests I made. He even took the initiative to clean my front porch to ensure dirt wouldn’t seep into the massive rug he moved by himself to clean. 10 stars of 5 for Bryan give this guy a raise.

Everything perfect ! The cleaning job was done to perfection by a very nice technician. Friendly and very professional who obviously took pride in his work. He listened to my concerns.and didn't miss a detail. He was very careful around furnishings that couldn't be moved. He is a fine employee and one you should be proud to have working for your comany.
