Austin was absolutely amazing! Beyond thorough in his cleaning results. I thought the tech last year was good, but he didn't come close to what Austin provided in service and end results. He explained everything he was going to do in detail so that I received the exact results that I needed. I had an old dog that had peed in the hallway which not only left yellow stains, but also made the whole house smell awful. Austin used Zerorezs special pet cleaning formula and that stuff is worth its weight in gold. No stains and NO smell! Austin took his time and treated my home like it was own. Very professional young man who is truly an asset to your company.
Your staff are pleasant and informative. They clean up free themselves and ask if there is anything else they can do. My carpet cleaner walked me through and asked if I wanted him to do any over. But it looked great.
The workmen were kind, knowledgeable and neat. They were h3lpful to protect my carpet and drier. I hope to see much less dust from my ducts.
