The technician, Lucas, was professional, knowledgeable, and able to educate and advise us as to how best clean and protect our carpets. Having very white carpet with some minimal stains presents a challenge to optimal results. Lucas was able to remove nearly every stain, thus doing an incredible job of cleaning. We were very pleased with the results!! Lucas was friendly and enjoyable to have in our home.

Scheduling a tech to come clean the carpets when we needed it done was easy. I can't remember the tech's name but he did a really thorough job of cleaning the carpets. He even got out the tough stains and really dirty carpet and took the time needed to do it right.

The technician was excellent. He was probably the best one that we have had out to the house. The carpets came out beautifully.
