Well, actually a first happened on this visit. They ran some sort of machine over the carpet to remove the cat hair that, I am told, imbeds itself in the carpet fibers and does not vacuum out. Lord, there was a lot! Anyway, I appreciated it, and they spent time on the overly dirty spots. They went over and above and I appreciated it and tipped them because of it!
