My carpets and stairway look wonderful. Josh did a great job of removing stains, he was courteous, and respectful of my home and furnishings.
I would have liked to have had a more concise estimate of the cost. Scheduling over the phone, no mention was made as to stain removal being extra, asking about my rooms no mention was made in regard to size - came as a surprise that my living room was considered oversized. The "special" could not be amended to accommodate my needs. Cost was more that phone estimate.

I've used Zerorez for my home and this was the first time using them for commercial. They responded promptly to my initial request for quote. Noel came out and gave us a fair quote for our space and floor conditions. We have office dogs and they have had accidents.
