Great product. Carpets cleanup beautifully and the protection helps with cleanup of interim spotting using the Zerorez spotter. Everything was completed in full and all done in a timely manner. Call Alex Berry can you skip service I receipt. I can’t remember the gentleman‘s name that was at my house but he did an excellent job, and was very pleasant. I also very much appreciate the fact that he was vaccinated for Covid as I am recovering from cancer therapy and my immune system is not what it should be, he even offered to wear a mask which I’m sure would make work more difficult. Tell him well done thank you.

Inflation seems to have impacted things as I was just a smidge over $500 for this visit, but the cat tree cleaning was a nice addition.
Great cleaning process, end results are just what one wants with no spots, no odors, carpet fibers bounce back so carpet looks good and feels good.
Professional technicians that ask questions about carpeting so they can deal with issues correctly. Take time to explain process plus the options available. Lucas did our last cleaning and he is an excellent technician and representative for Zerorez. We requested him for the next cleaning job we had scheduled two days later. Amazing service! Did a great job with a private clinic area and then a month later came back and cleaned a large community area that was heavily trafficked with lots of stains. Both look fantastic.

Tech worked for over 4 hours to get all the supply and return ducts cleaned. He worked until 8 PM late on a Saturday night to complete to cleaning. Extremely satisfied with the service and the work of the tech to prep for the installation of a new HVAC system.
