The team was on time and went through every room to make sure they understood my needs. They wore their booties so as not to dirty up my house. I was most impressed that they put a tarp up over my open front door to maintain the heat. We inspected the carpets together when they were through and they offered to redo spots if I wasn’t pleased. I would totally recommend ZeroREZ for your carpet cleaning needs!! On a side note, Lucas was awesome.

I have a light gray carpet. It show the walking path and Zerorez always does a good job treating the area with care and gets it as clean as possible. I like that they don't use shampoo.
