Friendly professional service
The products used are environmentally safe as well as pet and family friendly. Our carpets are not wet for days. The technician explained/provided options and was informative about the products. He was very professional, did a great job cleaning our carpet, worked at keeping his equipment put away when not in use, used slippers on the carpet, no matter how many times he went in/out and actually even taught me how to pay my bill “on line,,” versus writing a check, lol.

The two men who worked on the carpets were very Professional. They told me what to expect, explained the services they offered, and took before and after pictures so I could see the difference. They did a great job! The carpets look almost new.
