The service was Great

I used KSL coupon to initiate business with Zerorez, thinking that I was getting a good deal. The technician arrived and quoted me over $600 for a job that I understood was going to cost $160. I feel like I got ripped off with a "cat urine" treatment that cost me over $200 alone. My carpet is still stained and smells like urine. How can that treatment cost so much and be so ineffective?

My carpets never looked so good. And that someone else does the work So i can do other things like the laundry.

When you say you can come between 3:00 and 6:00 pm, don't come at noon. Other than that, I found your service friendly and professional.

Surprised that some of the spots were not removed. This is the worst cleaning by Zerorez that I have had to date. The technician was in a hurry or something and did not seem to take the time to really treat some areas.
I setup the quote and was then told I had to pay for additional hallways in my home. I told the person over the phone what I wanted and the technician added more as though I left these out of the quote. If you cannot honor your quote correctly just stop quoting and just surprise us with a large bill in the end.
