This was a repeat visit by one of your carpet cleaners. The first experience was a disaster and the details have been recorded in a previous message. The return visit by one of your trainer cleaners (Clemente) was a completely different experience. Clemente walked through my house and noted all the areas that were missed by the first attendant. He listened to my concerns and then got to work. He removed all the serious spots that were in various rooms and completely re-cleaned the other areas that had previously been done. He repaired the damage made to my wool carpet from the over-saturation and repaired a carpet seam. He went above and beyond the call of duty to resolve the previous problems. My reason for noting a 7 on this recommendation was that it would be hard for me to recommend Zerorez with the first attendant, but I would be able to give a 9 or 10 if the attendant was Clemente. I am however still concerned that I was overcharged on my original invoice. I was told that I would receive a $100 certificate for a future cleaning. I think the more appropriate thing to do would be to refund $100 from my first invoice and just received your certificate for filling out this form. I will look forward to hearing from you. I just felt like your technician did a good job. He was timely in arriving, competent in answering my questions and went the extra mile to get fingernail polish out of the carpet. (Which I wasn't worried about- because I didn't think it was possible.) It has only been 2 days since my carpet was cleaned, but so far so good. Thanks Zerorez!

The price.

I just didn't get as good of a clean this time. Maybe it is because my carpets are old, and they need replacing. But usually Zerorez get them looking really amazing. I think I was last on the list for the day and the tech really wanted to go home - especially when I didn't want to upgrade. My house is small - the 'three rooms' two small rooms and one 'sort of' hall - (hardly a hall I think) + stairs for $139 - I think I could have gotten a better clean. I don't really want to complain. Just feel slightly less satisfied this time.

The work is professional.

I believe that my carpets are cleaner with Zerorez than they have been with other cleaners. My upstairs hallway gets VERY dirty, and it is now nice and clean. The young man who came to my home was knowledgeable, helpful and very pleasant.

I liked how friendly the representative was and how he kept me informed during the whole process of what he was doing and what I could expect in problem areas. I like the idea of taking dirt and old residue out of the carpet and leaving nothing but clean carpet behind. Thank you so much!

The was a sticky area I pointed out that remained sticky after the cleaning.

The technician explained the services. I particularly liked how the wool rugs felt clean. Lots of companies can remove dirt and make the carpet or rug look better. After Zerorez finished the cleaning process the rugs felt clean. That is important and reassures you that dirt really was removed, that cleaning substances are not left in the carpet or rug and the fibers are not damaged.

The attendant was thorough and friendly and quick. The end result was nice and clean

Even though traffic delayed his visit, he did not shortchange the job. I was his last appointment of the day. He was diligent and responsive to my concerns. He redid a section that I felt needed extra work. He didn't complain and he explained why that particular section of carpet looked the way it did.

My carpets are cleaner than they have ever been! Clemente did a great job and should receive a raise.

It would be nice to be able to schedule the exact time of a cleaning, instead of having to wait around for several hours just in case the cleaners come by. It is slightly inconvenient.

I like the fact that you don't use chemicals to clean and yet the carpets look so good when they are done.

Your service people do a really good job. I have used several other cleaning companies in the past, and carpets were not completely cleaned as they should have been. Zerorez did a much better job. I've already used them twice in two separate weeks!
