I had carpet cleaned in 3 rooms and I had my air ducts cleaned. When the service man was removing the cold air return vent some of the paint was taken off and nothing was said to me. I was not offered any solution to solve the problem. Also, I was told on the phone and by the service man that the air duct cleaning would be a minimum of 10 air ducts at a cost of $20 per vent. The service man (Jim) told me my receipt would be emailed to me. As I was looking at my receipt the next day, there was a charge on there for $30 cold air return. I was never told that would be an additional charge. And if I knew it would have been more I wouldn't have had it done, and therefore I wouldn't have a messed up wall I have to take care of. So, I suggest you make sure all charges are clear to your customers.

My carpet looks like new and I don't worry about the residue that other cleaning agents use that attracts dirt. The 2 men who came to my home were very respectful and trustworthy. They did an excellent job!

This is my first time using Zerorez, but I am pleased with the service and how the carpets look so far. I really liked the idea that there should be no residue left behind as I heard on the radio adds. From past experience, I have learned that it takes a little time to see if stains, etc. will wick up to the surface.
To have pricing match with that of the guy who does the carpet cleaning, so that there is no confusion on price.

Calling in to set up the appt, the rep was "rushed"... she jumped ahead before allowing me to confirm that what she had set up was okay, I kept having to ask her to go back a step.
The quality of the carpet cleaning is excellent. The zerorez reps are polite and helpful.
Slow down and be more careful. Come to my house to clean the carpets not to see how fast you can move the wand from one wnd to the other.

Light brown lines were left on my livingroom carpet after the cleaning. I paid double what I usually pay and I did not notice a higher level of cleaning quality.
We like the idea that there is no soapy residue left in our carpets to attract future dirt.
