You came out to re clean my couch and chair. It did not make it any better. Although I appreciate the effort to come back and try to make it better, I still do not think that your product is meant to clean upholstery. My carpets were fine. I just won't use you again for upholstery.
The the carpet was fresh and clean after the service. Juan Lopez was very polite and efficient. He answered all my questions to my understanding.

Great job cleaning. Nice men doing the work. Careful about wearing shoe covers.
My only complaint is that the grout sealant left a film on all of the floor, and we had to mop it twice to get it off. But it looks great now.
The service was excellent, the carpets came out beautifully and the carpet dried quickly.
The cleaning was scheduled for noon and though I was kept informed it was 5:30 before he came. He stayed until 8:30 and had to come back at 7:30 the next morning. I missed a whole day of work waiting for him the first day and then had to miss half a day the next day for him to finish. I felt like he rushed to get it done and maybe didn't do as good of a job on some of the rooms as had been done before when you came. He was packed up to go and realized he had missed a small room. He spent only 5 min. to do it. I have 1 room I am really unhappy with. When I told him I thought it wasn't done well he said it was because the carpet was nylon and spots wouldn't come out. We are selling our house and need it to look the best it can. Some of the things he didn't get up I was able to scrape up with my finger nail and should have come up with a few swipes of the wand.

We like how clean the carpets are and how professional the technician is. We appreciate that they take precautions to protect our walls and wood work. We also like how quickly the carpets dry. The price can't be beat for the quality of work that you do!

The spots what were dirty were taken out with Zerorez and not by other cleaners.

Upselling from tech was a but too aggressive. Tech also left his gatorade bottle on our stairs banister. Not a bug deal, but not the most professional either. Pleased with the cleaning result, though.

I don't feel like there is a lot of soap left in my carpet, like other companies would leave behind. Every time I have a technician come clean my carpets, they're always very clean and very courteous and helpful.
Too much soap found in my carpet that attracts dirt. I can see the advantage your service provides.

I dont know anything about your products but the young man that cleaned our carpets was very nice. He was very careful about working around the furniture and the carpets dried fast.
That they dry quickly. That the technicians were punctual according to appointment time I was booked for. That technicians took time to explain things to me.
