What could we do to improve?

The tech put out corner protectors downstairs, but not upstairs. I had just painted the walls and trim a week prior and the corners were completely damaged. I had to repaint trim and paint, which was not my favorite.

What do you like about our products and services?

The effectiveness of the cleaning process and the greater health of my family because of our cleaner carpets and because there is no chemical residue left from the cleaning. I'm always impressed with the courteous professionals who do the cleaning.

What do you like about our products and services?

Alex arrived even earlier than expected, got set up and started working immediately. He checked with us frequently to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction. He taught us about the processes he was using since we knew very little about Zerorez to begin with. We are completely happy with his service. The carpet is now dry and looks beautiful.

I appreciated several calls to keep me informed about the technicians delays do to equipment problems. The technician was very friendly and asked several times regarding my preferences. He was very polite and respectful and went right to work in order to assist me in avoiding a time issue that I could have had.

I have used zerorez for years on my rental property. I have had no problems with your service.
Your service tech was spot on. I had to leave to go back to work. He turned the fans on like i had asked when he left. Thank you for your awesome service. I believe it was brady as the tech.

I think that you do a very nice job in cleaning the carpets and Alex the tech was very polite and friendly and did a great job. I don't think I would have the tile cleaned again though it did not turn out the way I expected it to, but it was not something I was charged for and it gave me the experience that I needed to make a decision on whether to have it done again or not. thank you for your service and I will use it again and recommend you to friends and family. Thank You

What do you like about our products and services?

Alex didn't know if cotton rugs were cleaned the same way as wool. He called his manager to verify how to clean the cotton rug. I appreciate him being honest and saying up front he didn't know and checking. Alex needed help holding the rugs down when cleaning rugs which were outside on plastic on the driveway. I'm glad he asked for help and my son was able to help him. Alex didn't mention pre-treatment/spot treatment and I forgot to ask do you pretreat heavier spots?
