The technician was so knowledgeable and helpful

The cleaning was great. I did not know my grout of my tile was that color! :) The tech was very nice. I purchased the lifetime filters as well and am excited to see how that goes. I had one minor issue but them commented on it and it was fixed right away. All is good and would refer a friend, business associate, or family member to Zerorez. Thank you.
The gentleman who did the cleaning was very professional and informative. Also he removed some spots that had not been removed by previous cleanings. The carpet looks great.

Great employees! Fast drying clean carpets!
I couldn't get you back rite away do to time restraints. However I was told when the homeowner left sometime around 8/1/15 or so.You would come back to address a dog urine spot. Free of charge. Because we did 4 bedrooms and two walk in closets. We paid for treat,Clean,protect. When resolved it's likely the rating will go up

I love how clean my carpets are! The fact that there are no harmful chemicals involved in the cleaning is awesome. I wanted to mention one thing, though just to be helpful. The hose that the workers used burned a thin line in my grass across the front lawn. I am wondering if there is a way to prevent that from happening.
I like the way the carpet looks after it's cleaned, and this time I especially like that the 'spot treatment' really worked on a couple of badly soiled places. I also like the professional way the cleaning reps do their work; they're friendly, efficient, and make sure I am pleased before they leave.

Timeliness. This time was only 30 minutes late, but in the past they have been 3+ hours late for appointments and offered no compensation for putting us out for hours and hours.
The communication was great. I liked that I called in, received an email confirmation, and another call to confirm the appointment. Then the driver called to let me know when he would arrive. He was knowledgeable and confirmed all pricing before any work was done. I never felt pressured or committed. The floors looked great and felt clean.

The carpet was cleaned well. The two guys who did it were nice to work with.
Technician was satisfactory, his van was having problems starting, therefore he was late and due to the problems with the van and equipment he had to wait for them to bring out a new van and equipment, and got started and finished later than expected. The additional problem is that after waiting a more tan 24 hours for the carpet to dry and after it dried there were stripes where h the carpet was cleaned, dark and dirty, then clean, then dark and dirty, I presume that was due to the equipment. I expect a refund or someone with new and working equipment to come and clean the carpet again until it is clean.
