I like the feeling of no residue left over when it's dry the most. Politeness and professionalism of technicians is also a positive factor.
Your company made sure I was 100% satisfied! My very worn carpet looks beautiful and even cleaned pet stains.
No soap
Your truck was parked on the street next to the curb. The generator exhaust or the vehicle exhaust that runs during the operation burned and killed a large area on the island lawn between the sidewalk and curb. Very disappointing. Had out of town friends coming to town and had this big brown/ gray area. Carpet cleaning was OK. Carpet is older but a few areas could have had more attention. Stairs to the upstairs we'd so wet it took 2 1/2 days to dry.

The carpet still looks clean after the carpets dry. I had my kitchen tile cleaned this time and the grout looks amazing. I need to get the other half cleaned now.
Carpet looks great and people were professional
The actual service was great but that evening brown areas appeared on the carpet and are still there,along the carpet look dirty. I took pics because I was so dissappointed. I don't know, what can u do?

The early "heads up we're coming" was helpful. The tech showed up on time, was very pleasant, did a great job and was frank and honest on what I could or may not expect from the experience. The results were to my satisfaction. Thanks.
I like that you don't use soap and can usually get up stains that others can't. Also, I really like the protectant that our guy put on. Our couch and chair look so good.
I was never informed about your product you used on our carpets or upholstery. However they turned out clean and nice looking. Couches, love seats, and recliner took longer to dry. Carpets took between 7-8 hours to dry

The timeliness to arrive and perform the service was less than satisfactory. I had an initial call around 3 pm indicating my house was the next appt. Service tech did not arrive until after 7 pm. Services were not completed until after 9 pm. I had to call for an update at 5 pm. Was informed tech only had 15 to complete current job and was in SLC. If I were to have known of this timing issue I would have possibly reconsidered or had my service scheduled for the morning. I expressed my frustration to the service rep I solpoke to on the phone. Apology given but additional discounts or other compensations weren't provided.
I had tile cleaning scheduled and they didn't get to it.

Excellent cleaning. Excellent technician.
My technician didn't even care about his job or being there. I spent more time and energy moving my furniture than he did cleaning my carpet. My carpet is a honey graham(white with a hint of pink.) It looks gray now like dirt was just spread. No time was even spent on the spots that needed resolved. I've never felt do belittled as a customer. I'm allowing your company to come back and fix your mistake. However I still want my money back or another free cleaning 6 months from my last cleaning. I should have contacted the BBB. But I'm allowing your company to make it right first.

The young man that cleaned by carpet was very nice and showed me a couple places where my dog
(a new dog I just got) places he used well, you know what I mean. Nice job.
The cleaning es not quite as good as last time. Also when I scheduled my carpets to be cleaned, I was told I would receive a coupon good for two hours of maid service and I did not get the coupon.
