The serviceman was excellent, very friendly and respectful. The carpet is very old and came pretty clean but it doesn't seem any cleaner or more amazing than any other company I've tried. But I'm hoping the empowered water helps it to stay cleaner longer.

I was told that all requested areas were cleaned thoroughly as I was out of town and the new tenants had insisted the carpets be cleaned. When the tenants moved in, they shared pictures of how unclean the carpets were so we had to have the technician go back and clean them. The tenants were happy the second time around but I had also asked for an extra room to be cleaned at my cost to which the technician told the tenants they had to pay, which was inaccurate and also told the tenants the carpets were not cleaned the first time area because we had not vacuumed which was not correct, it make us look bad as landlords and costed me extra money since I had to reimburse the tenants for days that they could not move in until the carpets were redone due to Zerrez's schedule.

I had my filters for my furnaces measured so I could purchase the lifetime filters and the tech left my furnace doors off and never put anything back. I ended up having more work to the carpets/tile done, like sealing the grout etc. I paid the revised amount that the tech specified, but never received an itemized bill to even know if the services were charged correctly. I ordered the filters and the tech told me that Zerorez would be contacting me for install. The filters just showed up on my doorstep leaving me to figure everything out. Finally, my credit card was charged wrong, (they left a "0" off of the amount) I had a rep call me to get the rest of payment, which was no big deal, but still concerning to me and still not final written statement of services. All in all the cleaning was good, but the lack of follow up will not bring me back.

Your cleaning was excellent, but the quote and billing was not. I had two rooms cleaned but I agreed to treat it as three to reach the minimum. At the job site I was told that they would put carpet protectant on both rooms for the price of one. However, when it came time to invoice me, they said that they couldn't give me an additional 20% off the entire bill and also give the 2 for 1 carpet protectant, but they would calculate which one would give me the most off. I told the service person to call the manager to see if that miscommunication could be resolved, but he said NO!. I figure that if I had simply added the carpet protectant for the second room to reach the minimum of $100 that my bill would have been $40 less than was actually billed and paid. Your manager needs some Public Relations training as his response to the miscommunication on your part left something to be desired.

I thought it was great! I loved your technician. He was very professional and very friendly. When I do have you come again, I would love for him to be the one to clean my carpets. I have had other carpet companies come and have not been impressed. Zerorez definitely earned this 10. I will be a repeat customer. I work in the customer service industry and know how important it is to please your clients. Customers come first with Zerorez.

The pet treatment didn't work on our carpet and we will have to replace it. I felt like zerorez worked well for the rest of our house. I appreciate zerorez for trying to resolve our problems by sending the tech out to clean the carpet again. I felt like the tech was very professional and did a great job. He worked really hard to clean all of the spots out of our carpet. He was very knowledgeable and stayed and worked until the job was done. He wasn't in a hurry to leave or get to his next appt. I would return to zerorez because of him.

I was impressed with the effort and results of the work done on my home.

I was very satisfied with the friendly demeanor of the technician Grayson. He was very professional, new his work well, I was impressed by how well he monitored and inspected the carpet to answer my question on animal urine, cigarette smell. The education of the differences in carpet and the protectant was greatly appreciated. Among this he was able to leave my carpet in great condition. I've used your company before and the home being a rental for so long its always in filthy but your people always manage to clean well. Thank you Grayson!

These techs didn't do nearly as good and said you have too many stains and we can't guarantee it unless you do the flush...although the last time was worse n he just worked very hard on it and I have not had any stains come back but this last time I did. And when they "cleaned" my tile they said it's not really to clean it it just suppose to sanitize it.

We especially liked the personal pride Karl Gregersen took in the work he did for us. As a result, we were exceptionally well pleased with our like-new kitchen tile and grout, and nicely cleaned carpets. Well done!

We were originally told that our technician would be at our home around 3:30 pm. At nearly 3, we were contacted and told that the job before ours was adding on services and that our technician would be late. They said they would try to find someone who could come sooner than our originally scheduled tech. This was very frustrating. I felt that, as a good business practice, customers should not be allowed to add services in the day of, or at least that they should be the ones to wait, not the people at the job after. Luckily for Zerorez, the tech was extremely friendly and did a superb job. Otherwise, I would have been muchmore upset at the late arrival (almost 5:30pm).

Eldon & Sawyer were very professional, and very thorough in the care of taking care our homes cleaning needs!!!
We have 2 yorkies and they took the time to show me where they have had accidents which surprised me. They we're
very careful too in putting up corner guards ,to not mess up our walls. I've never had a carpet cleaning company, who
