My pet stained carpets came clean!! And the tech was super nice and accommodating. He went the extra mile!
The machine that scrubed the carpet with the pretrement was amazing. The carpets looked wonderful when finished. Then technician was very kind and professional. He called me when he was 20 minutes out which was in my scheduled window. We went over the before agreed prices and discussed the job, he worked quickly through the whole house and did a great job. Fantastic!!

Thought the charge to clean throw rugs were excessive.
The carpet nap needed to be brushed in one direction so that there isn't cleaning swipes left when it dries

your tech. (I cant remember his name) was prompt and very good at what he does. He took the time to explain what he was doing and took extra care to get the really soiled areas. He was very careful with his equipment so as not to damage anything. Our carpets are really old and in need of replacement and we are tickled with the way it looks. he deserves an atta boy!
The young man that did our carpets was very profession, very hard working and very personable. He was the type of person we welcome to come into our home likeable and trustworthy. He did a great job and we hope we are luckly enough to have him work on our carpets again in the future.

The office staff is helpful, the arrangements are based on my needs, and the in home service is as advertised. Moreover, the representative I dealt with this last time was helpful, enthusiastic, educational,very pleasant,a nd would not leave until I was satisfied. And, I love the way my carpets look. I think it does not get better than that!

Quickly dried carpet
Zerorez did a wonderful job cleaning our carpets. All the spots we had are completely gone. Other carpet cleaners did not get out some of our spots. Our cleaner, Juan, was friendly, professional and thorough and did a great job very efficiently.
Clean with no residue
Haven't used you before. We'll see if the carpet stays clean longer with no soap.
Great customer service. Gets carpets CLEAN without using chemicals nor without using brushes to tear up my carpet. Carpet cleaner willing to go extra-mile with problem areas.
I was scheduled from 12-2, and no one came until after 3:00. By the time they were done it was dark outside and we had wet carpets we had to walk on for the rest of the evening. The carpets weren't cleaned very well, and in high traffic areas it didn't even seem to make the slightest difference. In our large area there were several spots that weren't even wet, and I found multiple areas that still had some sort of gunk in them. We paid to have the tile done, and it looked great except they COMPLETELY missed ALL of the edges of the room. The only request I had for upstairs was one spot where there had been a spill, and the cleaner just told me afterwords that, "It just didn't want to come out". I am not happy with the results, and feel I have completely wasted the ridiculous price it cost to get this done. I was planning on going with another company before, but was helped by an employee who gave me several "discounts" in order to get me to keep my appointment. I am extremely disappointed that I did not go with the other company, and will not be calling Zero rez back again.
We had to have you come back to redo a place that was pretty dirty. You came yesterday and everything is OK now. Both of the men who came were friendly and efficient.
