No soaps.
The only reason I would not give a 10 is the expense.
They leave no residue. It smells nice and looks great!
The gentleman that came to our house was polite, informative, and fast! No dark stains were left on 10 year old carpet! (And yes I have a dog!)

Clean
I have used Zerorez for years, so the same living room space that was always determined to be 1 room was now determined to be 2 rooms at an extra charge. I have a 2 1/2' x 8' runner piece of carpet that I had to choose between it or the carpet being cleaned. So I'm left with a 2 1/2' x 8' carpet that went uncleaned and the difference between the cleaned area and the spotted, uncleaned area is obvious. You couldn't clean an extra tiny space after spending just under $500! The parts of the stairs were cleaned that you walk on, but a couple of the stairs had stains on the part of the carpet that runs down each stair and it is at eye level and very noticeable.
I've always referred you to friends and family (I just did 2 weeks ago) and you've gotten a lot of business from me, but it is questionable if I will refer you in the future.

Super friendly and polite technician. He was very conscientious and did a fabulous job removing some stains we had in one room. Carpets look new again!
Scheduling an appointment was quick and easy. When the technician was going to be late the office called to notify me.

I thought the young man did an excellent job and my shower has never been so clean. He was very knowledgeable about what upholstery fabrics could be cleaned and what to do for carpet stains. He did a great job and was very helpful.
The cost seemed high for cleaning walk-way areas in small bedrooms. We were happy with the results, however.

Dodd a great job on the carpet and they came at the earlier end of our time window. They also we're able to find an earlier day and reschedule with us multiple times.
I really like how clean my carpets get after a Zerorez cleaning. They always look and feel new again. I also like that all prices are up front, no hidden fees.

Great service and informative employees!
Provide clearer price quotes on your duct cleaning, but does describe the cleaning, the protectant, etc. Your website doesn't have duct cleaning prices. When I called, I was quoted a price of $350 (during two different phone calls) for duct cleaning, and given information about the cleaning process. It wasn't until the technician was at my home that there was any mention of an extra charge for the protectant. I would have liked to have that information up front so that I could make a more informed decision on the cleaning process.
