What do you like about our products and services?

I had zerorez clean my carpet and when it dried it didn’t look great. I called back in and they sent a different tech out that went above and beyond to make the carpets look great. It would have been awesome had it looked great the first time but they made things right and the carpets look great now.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

My hall and extra area rug don't look clean at all. Technician chipped the corner of a 50 year old cedar chest. Not my best experience with Zerorez.

The service was great. My carpet just needed sprucing up, and after the clean it looked like new again. There was no odor whatsoever, and it dried within the time frame given.

What could we do to improve?

Not park in my driveway. There are stains from where the truck was.
There was a new stain on my family room carpet that I pointed out before the regular cleaning and it was still there after the cleaning.

Great service! My carpets look brand new. Would recommend this company to anyone looking for a chemical free experience.

What could we do to improve?

Our carpet on the stairs is still not dry, 17 hours later. We have used industrial fans to help try to dry it.

Also, our carpets were so dirty and Chase did a great job cleaning them. We knew there would be some stains that would not come clean.

Zerorez is such a customer centered company. They followed up with me repeatedly to ensure I knew what to expect. All the employees I enteractednwith were friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend them.

What do you like about our products and services?

I love the quality of the cleaning I received. The technician was so professional, cheerful, and polite he was fast and did an excellent job. I am always pleased with the result. The only thing I would mention is the van leaked oil on my driveway. I am not worried and can clean it up, but it just thought I would let you know so it won't happen to anyone else. Thanks

The product does not leave a filmy residue on the carpets, and the carpets stay cleaner longer. Also, the technicians are knowledgeable about the product and services that they provide.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The main reason I chose Zeroez if because of your claim that the carpets are not left soaking wet and dry in 2 - 4 hours. This was definitely not the case at my house. When the serviceman finished the carpet was extremely wet. Ten hours later when I went to bed, it was still very, very wet. I had to put some fans in two rooms because I was getting furniture the next day and thought they would be dry enough to put the furniture in, but they would not have been had I not used the fans. In the morning there were still several areas of carpet that were damp and the nap on my carpet is pretty short. the carpets are clean and that is good, but I was quite disappointed length of time it took to dry.
