The customer service from initial appointment setup to the completion of the job was excellent! The technicians that cleaned the carpet were very courteous and professional.
Our carpet now feels like it is new again and is very soft. We have had our carpets cleaned by other companies before, but I have never had the carpet feel this plush after a cleaning.
The zero residue claim is definitely a reality! We are VERY happy with the results!

Hi! The tile itself looked good, but the grout looked pretty dirty still. When we first looked at the clean job, it seemed all right. The grout on the tile still looked dark/dirty, but we figured that would look better once it dried. As things dried, not only did the grout still look dirty, but we saw that the corners were left untouched.

I usually like that the carpet dries by 8 hours, but this time the carpet still had wet spots over 24 hours later. But we will still use zerorez, we'll just ask the technician to vacuum the floor better.

They are very carefull and take our concerns to heart.

The Zerorez technicians are always helpful and professional. They tell you about the services that are available besides just the basic cleaning but don't make you feel pressured to do anything else. My carpets look so good after they are cleaned and they smell even better.

We had a light carpet and it looked marvelous. NO traffic lanes at all. Even the eating area looked wonderful. And the stairs too. Jacob did the service and he was so courteous, very thorough in assessing what needed to be done and explaining things to me. Couldn't be happier with the service.
