Wonderful Job! Leaves my home clean and smelling good. No harsh chemicals to worry about. The carpet cleaners were very nice and respectful of my home and things.
I got a great price to have my carpets cleaned. Our technician was so nice but there were some yellow spots and a few stripe-y areas once it dried. The technician came back and re-cleaned these areas but the yellow is still faintly visible. I hope it will fade in time. I don’t think I want it cleaned again right now.
Called ahead, arrived as promised, did a great job.

The cleanliness and efficient way the carpet was cleaned. It took no long time to dry. The friendliness ness of the fellow who did the cleaning.
The technician made multiple excuses about how my carpet couldn’t get clean and didn’t really even try. Yes, my carpet is old and was pretty dirty, but some of the spots he said wouldn’t come up came up easily after i rubbed them gently with a damp towel. It is irritating to spend money on something that isn’t done right.

After allowing the carpet to dry for the recommended eight hours, and despite the cleaners stating the carpet was an excellent condition though it did show wear patterns, the carpet appears to be in the same state it was prior to the cleaning. I high use areas still appear to look soiled.
I feel the cleaners did a rush job and not high quality.

Cleans amazing
Tech told me to replace my carpet. Not for any other reason , it is really in good shape, than I mentioned it was around 20 years old. Now to replace it would cost $3k but it looks great and oddly I wouldn’t have called zerorez.
He insisted that carpet should be replaced every 7 years. You guys must really pay these techs a lot!!!!! I suggested that was odd for a carpet cleaning company to tell people. He just wouldn’t let it go and wanted to argue with me in my HOME!!!!! Finally I just told him that was BS and he should just clean the carpet. I had to leave before he finished. he fished quickly and left in a hurry not paying a lot of attention to detail. I later was able to clean several spots that he missed.
In general we here fine with the overall job but his argumentative demeanor was very off putting. I’m sure he is a good guy but could use some training.
The carpets are so clean without any residue left behind. I know my grand babies can safely crawl on it.
I like that you don’t use the harsh chemicals that other companies use.

There was a place on the carpet where my grandson had thrown up previous to the cleaning. I was on the carpet today with my bare feet and could feel a hard area. I got down on my hands and knees and started rubbing it with my hands, and chunks of food particles came out of the carpet. I spent the better part of a half hour on my hands and knees trying to loosen the fibers. I had told the tech the area where my grandson had had the accident. I'm disappointed that the area was not cleaned better, as that was the reason for having the carpet cleaned.
My wife was sold a treatment for an additional $180.00 (doubling the bill)
She called and canceled the treatment and was told we would get a refund.
We were stilled billed.
We just want the refund for the service we did not get.

My carpet is old but cleaned up beautiful.
Carpet looks okay. Not 100% satisfied. The technician told me ithe carpet would be dry in 4-6 hours. After almost 30 hours it is still damp. Carpet has ripples in it, but I was assured it should tighten up as it dries. Told to allow 48 hours to know if it will tighten up.
I purchased coupons that saved me about $45, but I ended up paying another $90 to have two rooms treated with a spray to eliminate pet urine smell. I was told that if I didn’t want that extra treatment, I would have to sign a waiver saying I was aware that the house could smell like ammonia if I refuse the treatment.
I've always loved Zerorez. Looks and feels clean. Always does a super job. I have recommended Zerorez to everyone! My sister uses Zerorez now and loves it.
