Zerorez does very a very high quality cleaning job and they guarantee their work. I am very happy with my results of getting my carpets and tile cleaned. I really like their soap free system.

Efficient and effective!
I have been impressed with Zerorez. That being said, I'm not so impressed that you charge to shampoo a hallway or a very small walk-in closet when most of the bedroom floor area is a bed, nightstands and dressers. I have had several companies clean my carpets (for less) and do the hallway and closet at no extra charge, in fact one company even said they would clean my big family room rug at no extra charge. And they did just as good of job as Zerorez does.
The technician was very well trained to have me check an area before moving on and to ask many many times if I had any questions.

I have three small rooms with furniture in them. This reduces the square footage substantially. I only ask your workers to clean the exposed areas. I also have a short hallway that I want done. Every time you come your workers try to get me to pay an extra 20.00 dollars for the short hallway. Your business model should allow your workers to use their judgement as to what would be fair. This time i paid them a 100 dollars, which I thought was fair, but the invoice said this would be the last time they would be allowed to do so. If that is the case I will find another company that has a better service model for their customers.

Your advertisement quotes 3 rooms for $89.99. You have a minimum of $108.00. Your technician arrives and proceeds to tell me that if he does the traffic pattern (approx. 35 sq ft) that is considered a room. I have a 2 X 6 runner rug and he wants a extra $? per sq ft. Your information lists up to 200 sq ft per room. Three of the rooms (traffic pattern only) probable totaled less than 150 sq ft. The other rooms maybe totaled 250 sq ft. (+/-) All total he was in the house 1 hour from 8:45 to 9:45 AM. These carpets were not very dirty, no pets, non smokers and only two people living here. House is kept very clean. Carpets cleaned only because of new furniture being delivered into one room. I agreed to pay $174.00 for the work your technician thinks he done. (5 rooms) I can`t truly recommend your company because of your pricing policies! The work you person done in the areas he cleaned looks good. Your truck did leak 5-6 quarter sized oil spots in driveway.

We had the carpet in the second half of our house cleaned on recently. I am sorry I do not remember the name of the technician. However, his effort left our family room and stairs looking fantastic! We are so pleased with Zerorez and will always use them.
Mitch came on Jan 19 to clean the first half of our house. He was very personable and efficient. The carpets (which were in terrible shape) look 100% better and feel clean. I will always use Zerorez!
Second time was the charm my carpet looks great.
I didn’t like the fact that I have to do the vacuuming when I know most other carpet cleaning companies will do that for you. My chairs are still dirt looking on the arms, which was where it needed to be cleaned so the technician didn’t even try to get a deeper cleaning on anything and they didn’t have any stains, just soiled from hands and bodies. I think they should look cleaner. I’ve had way better results with other companies than this, and you are th most expensive company. So I thought I’ll get what I pay for. $460 for a small sectional, rug and two chairs to cleaned, I’m so unsatified.
