The carpet looked fine before you cleaned it, terrible after. Your manager came and looked at it, said it will look OK after it has been vacumed 3 o 4 times. Another Company cleaned it and it is fine now.
The carpets get cleaned and smell good. The technicians are courteous and friendly.
My carpets look awesome and the tech was super nice. I would definitely recommend you and will for sure use you again.
I have always been satisfied with the end results. The technicians are respectful and pleasant. Never had a problem with Zerorez.
However, I do have a complaint. This past treatment we were charged $75 x 7 = $525 for sever pet treatment. I did ask for the service when I called to make the appointment. The technician talked to my brother (who was not paying) that it would be better if we just put in new carpet, instead of getting the treatment. My mother (who was paying) was not given that information. We do appreciate the technician's honest opinion and agree with him.
I hope next time, the technician (whoever it may be in the future) will share his information/opinion with the one who pays for the cleaning. I also understand there may have been some confusion for the technician when he arrived. He did a fine job, but it was more expensive than expected. Thank you for making our home a cleaner one.

I had nearly my whole house carpet cleaned yesterday. Unfortunately, there are many, many areas that are severely spotted. I did call later in the day, after the carpets were dry and could see if it was just due to them still be wet, and have scheduled to have them cleaned again. I have used Zerorez a number of times and have only been disappointed one other time. We will see how it goes after the second cleaning.
I appreciate my clean carpets and the help of your technicians. I was surprised to have a $15 dollar charge for a large room. I haven't had that before. Is that new?

Dan was great! He was on time, professional, efficient, and thorough. I feel like he went the extra mile to get out a mark on the carpet. I'm very happy with the results and would highly recommend Dan.
I have a Berber carpet and the past two times I have had it cleaned it has turned out very stripey.

Your technician Matt was very professional and friendly. He offered me suggestions that might help me reduce some of my allergy problems.
Training your techs. I've mostly been very happy with your techs, they take their time and clean very throughly. But the last tech rushed and didn't seem to have the same commitment to quality work.
You have friendly staff that are courteous, and the carpets always look really good when you are done.

Our tenants say the carpet is clean and looks great.
I'm frustrated with the (dog treated areas) which I was told is $50.00 per area (approx 200 sq feet). I told them when I made the appointment that I had 2-3 small circular areas I'd like treated that were in different rooms but very small (not even close to 200 sq feet, I explained that to the tech as well but I was still charged $100, which is ridicules for those spots, also my bedroom only had a small amount to clean as my bed takes up most of the room so I asked if he could do my attached bathroom which is literally 2 passes with the brush and he said it was an extra $20.00. So I passed.
The refusal to move any furniture. Other companies do I’ve furniture, that is why your company would be listened and insured.
The tech. Was not detailed oriented. He missed several spots that I had to have zerorez come back out and do.
The stains on my living room carpet have all come back to the surface. It looks like it was never cleaned. Also one area in the bedroom. Very disappointed after hearing all the hype of how great Zerorez is supposed to be.
Dan Driggs did an excellent job. He is the best technician from ZEROREZ in 5 years. He was able to clean the wear zone of our carpet where the others did not.
I LOVE how clean my carpets are!! It is amazing!! Our technician was Matt and he did a great job!! He was careful, detail-oriented, not in a rush or hurry to get the job done, worked hard to remove the stains, he educated us about carpet fibers, and how to clean plus protect them. He didn’t put any pressure on us to upgrade the services we had chosen. He just let us know what our options were. We were very impressed with Matt, his service, and caring nature!! We want Matt to clean our carpets next time!! Thank you Zerorez and Matt for making my carpets like new again!!!
