My carpets are extremely well cleaned and thr technician was very friendly and did a great job
The delay in getting to my home. The demands for cleaning service must be high. I scheduled my carpets to be cleaned about 2 weeks in advance to ensure they would get done early. I had an open house scheduled that Saturday. I was told the equipment broke and had to get another one. Then needed someone to be trained on it quickly. Must be short staffed.
The person cleaning my carpet really banged up my walls with the cleaning hose. I reported the damage and they told me that someone would contact me to repair the walls but I have not heard from anyone yet to do the repairs.
Came super fast with super short notice and it took no time at all. Amazing service!
Eric was friendly and professional. He and his coworker went out of their way to do the work I specifically wanted done. They completed the job much quicker than I anticipated, and my carpet looks so much better! I'm glad I chose Zerorez!

Our Technician was a detail oriented professional who arrived exactly on time, clearly identified issues to address to give us the best clean possible and completely the work in a timely manner. Will ask for him specifically again.
I showed the technician an area that had some spots where the closet door shut. Either he forgot to open the closet....I left it open when I showed him...or it did not come out. The closet was shut. Either way, it looked EXACTLY the same! If a problem area that I brought attention to, would not come out, he could of at least told me he tried. It looked as though he shut the closet and did not clean that area. . There was another spot in a bedroom that still had a stain....same....please let me know he tried.

we were satisfied with the results of the cleaning and also with the techs. Our only suggestions are that when the techs bring in their huge hose they need to put something on the flooring ( we have a laminate floor in our hallway) because there were some dripping on the floor. When we had our carpet in the basement cleaned (zerorez) ,when completed it was really quite dry, this time the carpet was upstairs and I think that the techs didn't take enough time to suck out the water because when they left, he said that it would take 6-8 hours to dry. We had a musty smell in the house because it was so damp. The techs were really friendly and courteous.

The product is amazing. They clean things out of the carpet that I was sure couldn't come out. I've used them for residential and commercial jobs. My only (minor) complaint was it took a bit to get my commercial job scheduled. I imagine it was because they are so busy, but if you have a commercial job make sure you have a couple weeks.
The gentleman that cleaned my carpets was very nice and seemed knowledgeable. However, I'm questioning whether I received the best cleaning I could have due to the short amount of time it took to clean my carpets. It only took about an hour to clean 3 bedrooms, stairs and livingroom/hallways. My past experience with Zerorez in MN is . . . there were always two people, a little less carpet was cleaned and it usually took about 2 hours to clean and this was without upgrades. Thank you.

The cleaning was done quickly and answered any other questions I had. At the last minute, I asked if he would have time to do one other small room that wasn't on the estimate. He very cheerfully did it. Also gave me the special offer going on that I wasn't aware.
The only complaint I had was the scheduling. We said we needed afternoon, not before 1pm.
I got a text shortly after talking to them that they would be here at noon. Again the morning of our appt. I received a text about 10am that they would be here at noon. I changed my schedule and hurried home from SLC to be here at noon. They called shortly before noon saying they would be later.
He arrived at 3:30. The gentleman did a great job on my carpets. It would have been nice to know he would be late first thing in the morning, not at noon.
The Techs were prompt and friendly! They took time to explain what they were doing and double checked what we wanted done. Our questions were answered and the carpets were clean and done quickly!
We still have so many spots on our carpet that showed up as it dried. There are 3 different areas that absolutely need to be recleaned. This has never happened when we’ve used other carpet cleaners. We’d like you to send someone out to evaluate and reclean the areas.

Anne Ward ). The person who did the work explained the process and the time to do the work and also showed me the detailed bill. After he had finished the cleaning he asked me to check the carpets and if he had done it to my approval. I was very pleased to see how fresh and clean the carpets were and at a very reasonable price. I will definitely recommend and use this company again.
My carpets always look great after cleaning. I like the idea that there is no residue left in the carpet.
The product is the only carpet cleaning service that I will use. My carpets are clean and comfortable - not sticky and crusty.
And the personnel are respectful of my home and very easy to work with. before I had even thought of it, Dan was concerned about an art piece that was on the floor and he found a way to protect it from the hose . I appreciated his understanding of my belongings. He was friendly, efficient, and knew his product.
