First of all Dan was very professional and pleasant to speak with. He took the time to listen our needs and went over the entire pricing so we had an idea of the costs to remove the pet stains that were horrible.
He absolutely took a lot of pride in His work which he demonstrated in the way he took care of our carpets and did better than we could have hoped for since our rooms like amazing and stain free!

I was frustrated with the exact time of the appointment. I was told that I would be called one hour ahead, and when I didn't hear from you. I called and was told that the technician was not at the appointment prior to mine and so they didn't know when Zerorez would be coming. Since the appointment was to be for a townhome that my Mom rents out and not somewhere we live, it was frustrating to try to pinpoint when to get there.
Finally when Zerorez did call us, he said he would be there in 5 minutes. So I was not given the half hour heads up that I had been told I would get, but only that he was on his way. Thankfully we had been driving around doing errands trying to take up time and were not too far from the townhouse. Zerorez was there waiting when we got there.
When Zerorez did come, it was a very good experience overall and I learned some new things.
One thing that did happen while Zerorez was there, I had been cleaning the toilets. They had that blue stuff in the tank that the previous owner put into the toilet tank to clean?, deordorize?, I t don't know what the purpose was and was just trying to look at the bottle but of course the bottle was upside down and so when tried to take it out of course that blue chemical stuff stained my fingers badly. I quickly put it back, it wasn't going anywhere anytime soon. But then the technician allowed me to use the alkaline water on the truck to wash my hands. It was miraculous because that blue stain came off quickly. I had thought I might have to live with it for days? Wow, that was so cool.That was amazing. Unbelievable really. Thanks you Zerorez.
And the carpets and the granite look great.

It was a little exhausting because your company tried to up sell us at every turn. The carpet cleaning was great. I have no complaints regarding the job itself. I just hate when they constantly ask to do really expensive upgrades.

You were willing to schedule around my busy schedule and make it happen last minute. Protecting the corners and cleaners were nice

Just a section that doesn’t look like it was cleaned thoroughly. There are sections where you can see the marks from the vacuum and it looks cleaner than others right next to it. Hard to see in certain lights.

Chad who came to our house did an excellent job and was very patient in explaining the process and costs involved. He was great to work with!

The technician was just going to estimate the size of my countertops. He didn’t have a measureing tape so I have him one. I am sure he measured incorrectly, and properly over charged me quite a bit. When I asked him about it, and measured with him, it was evident he didn’t know how to measure sq. Footage. Also, several days later, I went into a room which no one had been in since the carpets had been cleaned, and discovered a mid sized gash on the corner of my furniture caused by the equipment. Not happy about that. Technician was nice, but just needs some extra training on proper measuring procedures. Don’t like being overcharged.

I liked that the technicians walked me through the process before they began. They explained everything really clearly, and we're friendly and let me watch the whole process! They really know their stuff!
