Jacob does an excellent job of explaining the services. Then he worked extremely hard to make sure that the carpet, tile, and upholstery looked like new. He was very careful to not bring in dirt from the outside while doing his job. He was careful to protect all corners and edges of the walls from being damaged by the cords and hoses. Looks amazing! The carpets looked good when he left, but the pet spots, and some of the smells, have come back. The worker did extra for our pet spots, and charged me more than double, but I would rather he had done a simple clean if the spots are going to return, which he claimed they wouldn't. It is a lot of work to get ready for a cleaning and I'm not excited to do it again. Next time I'll find a company that doesn't double the price at the last minute with a product that doesn't make a big difference.
