I was pleased with the results that I received from the Tecs at Zerorez. My carpets look great. They were fast and efficient. My only concern was that it was really wet in places and the carpet buckled, but when it dried it layed flat again. Both men were pleasant and respectful. I would use your business again.
Your tile cleaning equipment does not clean edges or corners well at all. The cleaning process also left a while residue on our black tile. The carpet cleaning was pretty good, but I would not recommend the tile cleaning especially since it costs so much and the the quality of the result is not great.
Easy to schedule, great availability, professional technician, quality service.
Job was not finished. Tied up my house for 8 days. Put my guests out. This was an awful experience.
Carpet is not stiff when dry
I appreciated the courteous communication from the home office during the scheduling & allowing me to reschedule 3 different times while still keeping the original special pricing.
My carpets look great. The technician did a terrific job getting into corners & under furniture, while leaving no residue! Truly a happy experience!!!

My carpet looks good and clean
I liked your friendly, efficient staff and the timely manner they took to clean the things that needed cleaning. I was disappointed that some things didn't come cleaner (some of the dining room chairs and some of the spots in the rug) but realize that not all spots can be gotten out and that I should have marked the spots on the rug better.
Our carpets look great! Peter was the person who cleaned them and he did a fantastic job. He was professional, caring and courteous. We will recommend your company and Peter to everyone we know.

The technician that came to our home was the best we have ever had. Extremely professional, knowledgeable, listened to us. I would highly recommend this technician to represent Zerorez to every potential customer but I know that can’t happen. I hope he is the one to come to my home the next time. Our carpets are at least 15 years old and they look almost brand new.
We felt that we got jerked around. They took our area rug to their shop to clean. I kept getting different times they were going to bring it back. Finally I got no calls and my rug didn't get dropped off when they said they would. Very frustrating! I finally called them and they told me they called me several times, I asked what number they called (I never received any calls), they said some weird phone number. I told them that wasn't mine. After telling her my phone number again, she asked me if my name was Mike (I'm a woman). I said no, and she asked for my number again. I told her and she then got the right account. She told me I would have to wait a couple of days more to get my rug back...Hopefully I get it tomorrow, but I'm not holding my breathe.
In our high traffic area there were several spots. Upon first observance, they seemed to be gone. However, as soon as the carpet had dried completely, I was sad to see that most of the spots remained. It barely looks like my carpet was cleaned in that area.

Carpets always smell clean and look great and dry quickly.. always call ahead of time and walk through the process with me. Quick and very thorough.
It’s costly but worth it. I love the idea cleaning without chemicals. Zerorez has always been very professional.
