There were 3 spots in our upstairs hallway that were surface spots that were still there when we went upstairs. :(

The technician who cleaned our carpets was very informative and kept asking if we had any questions about things. He got out the stains that were in our carpet and the whole house was cleaned in 1 1/2 hours--super fast! The carpets look brand new again and there wasn't any odor from chemicals. THANK YOU!

Your employee who came to my home on Nov. 1 (sorry, I didn't get his name) cleaned my carpets better than I have experienced in years. I would rate his service as excellent.
We loved the customer service! We received a reminder call with clear instructions the day before our appointment and each time we received a call, the emoloyees were very friendly. Our technician was on time and very personable. He was also very helpful and knowledgeable. He offered advice on how to keep the carpets clean and even gave a recommendation for a vacuum. The technician was quick but also thorough. He did a great job and we are very pleased with the results! This was our first time using zero Rez and we will definitely use them again.

I had told the girl when I called that we had pet stains and I needed the tech to bring the black light. He assured me that they would. He got here and said someone had taken his black light so he just put the stuff all over the carpet. I would still like to be checked by the black light. I am not convinced this did the job. so I am unhappy about that.
I am VERY pleased with: 1. How clean my carpet was after years of abuse 2. I'm very sensitive to chemical smells, which you do not use - the citrus prep was refreshing. 3. Was impressed with how quick the process was. 4. Drying time was short & sweet 5. Indeed, your name Zerorez, is tried & true with me = when I vacuumed after, very little rez was sucked up. 6. You did good with your employee, Peter. He was friendly, professional, told me what would happen, & answered all my questions. 7. I will now donate to the D.I., my Bissel carpet cleaner === never to be used again !!! You have a customer for life.....

Great cleaning job, but i’m concerned about how the carpet buckled and won’t go down.
There is no cleaning solution odor. The technicians are thorough and do an excellent job. They are careful and don't go slamming around with the equipment. Our technician had such a fun personality; it was fun to talk with him.

I have used another cleaning service in the pastbut Zerorez was the superior product. Carpets looked and felt cleaner. I am very happy with the result.
