No soap in the carpet!!!! I love the way my carpets turned out and the tech was so nice and very efficient and clean cut!!! Thank you for that!!!
I was Really surprised that you refuse to move furniture and clean under it. I've never heard of a company that didn't clean the whole room? My husband is 78, I am 73 and suffering from sciatica, your technician watched US move my living room furniture so we could have a clean room...same in the dining room I had 3 bedrooms cleaned and I requested that he just do the walkways in those rooms. But when we got to the living room it surprised me when he told us you make him sign a contract saying he won't move furniture. I had the family room downstairs done and a hall and the stairs. It wasn't cheap as far as clean I was told he can't clean away old or worn...the first half hour he spent telling me my house smelled like cats! I told him there hadn't been any cats in my home for 40 years! And the floor covering had been change at least twice or three times in that 40 years... He kept insisting and had to go out in the truck and get a black light to prove to me that he was right! HE WASN'T. He couldn't find a thing and my house does not stink!
The carpets do feel nice, Time will tell if the carpets are clean for a while but the 3 was mostly for the technician. I'm sorry I hate complaining but it wasn't a good experience.

I have used your company for years because it is reasonable and easy to schedule online. The last time a new guy was sent out that didn’t know what he was doing. I told him something is the wrong my carpets are soaking? He left. He left water all over my halls, and dropped a piece to the cleaning equipment on my lawn. Apparently he said during the day he didn’t know why it wasn’t working so all those customer got a bad carpet cleaning to for the piece of equipment sat at my house all day. I called the company. He came back and at the end of the day and soaked more water up. He also missed my closet and one step in the rooms I had cleaned and when I asked him to do them, he said it cost extra. For years no one ever charged me extra for this things in the middle of my rooms. Just ridiculous. I won’t be using zerorez again

Had my carpets cleaned last Thursday. Dan was the tech that came. He is the best tech that has ever done my cleaning. Wish all your tech was as good as he was.

I have several spots that I would like someone to look at. I believe they can be removed. If you have carpet spot remover I can have I will try and take care of it myself. Please let me know what your policy is. I also have an appointment scheduled for November 7th. I need to cancel it at this time.

Zerorez did a great job on my carpets in our rental condo in Park CIty! What I like best is the employees! They are courteous, on time, detail oriented and friendly! Dante & Gus especially have been great to work with!!! They deserve a bonus!
To be honest, the initial call was great. The service rep was knowledgeable and personable. The service reps I spoke to from there on out were awkward and didn’t seem to know what they were doing. The tech was delayed due to equipment malfunctions, but once he did arrive he was very fast and very friendly. He alone saved my opinion of zerorez. Thank you Colten! His service was exemplary and was enough to warrant a 10 on my review despite the other experiences.

Chad was very efficient, informative, and pleasant to have in my home.
When I called to get a price she asked what I needed cleaned I told her a family room she said that would be the special a hallway and 15 stairs she that would be a stair case and gave me the price of 102.00 So I said let’s schedule an appointment which we did for November 2nd then when the guy showed up to do my carpets he ask what I was having done I told him and then he put it in his phone and said it would be 197.00 I said that’s not what I was told and the only thing he could say I’m sorry he said that the stairs going to my family room could not count as the stair case and that is another 25.00 dollars she did not have the hallway on there I did agree to the pet Oder treatment so that should have only been an extra 50.00
My comment/ feedback are:
1. The final price was quite significantly more than the quoted.
2. Our carpeted areas are spacious/ uncluttered but not one piece of furniture was moved (small coffee table or ottoman) which was surprising and disappointing for the price.
My expectations would have been that the small furniture items would be moved and not just cleaned around. The coffee table is literally 3kg.
