Carpets looked great after pet stain removal and cleaning. The employee have me good advice on a variety of cleaning tips to use for future stains and prevention.
I was not impressed. Sections that weren't that dirty to begin with weren't clean thoroughly. Spots that should have easily come up, didn't. I had to ask the tech to clean the area where the tile met the carpet because he didn't even try at first. I also paid extra money for a room that had pet stains & to be honest, they look worse. I'd love a certificate for another cleaning honestly, because I do not feel like I got my money's worth. I've done a better job on my own with a rental!

There have been several times when I was scheduled for a day and then didn’t hear back about what time someone was coming... then no one ever came. It’s annoying to move furniture and plan to be home and then not get it done.

The tech was professional and answered all my questions. While the older traffic stains didn't come out (which he told me in advance) they look much better than before. The carpet is cleaner and softer and smells better.
