I'm excited about having both a 15 year guarantee on my tile grout sealing as well as a 10 year protection on my carpet. The carpets and tile look great and the whole project was done very quickly with care for the protection of my home (eg walls, furniture).

I like the clean carpet and carpet protector that I paid extra to spray down. Long lasting protector is a wonderful thing!

We have been using Zerorez for many years. You have always had friendly and helpful technicians. And they listen to your needs.

Our latest experience was all of the above, and that is why we have returned to Zerorez. However this last time they weren't as thorough as in the past.

We didn't notice until the carpets were almost dry. They dried quickly, we had our furnace set at 76 degrees with fan on constant, plus we had overhead fans running top speed in all rooms.

After they were dry we found the work was not done as well as previous cleanings. The areas close to baseboards in several areas, were still soiled and some of the spots we had mentioned were still visible. We first noticed when we walked to the edge of the kitchen where we go down the stairs, they had not gone to the edge of the top of carpet by as much as an inch or so. Other areas were not the quality we expected from you.. So sorry. Glad you asked. Thought you would like to know. Thanks.

The employees that came to my house were incredibly knowledgeable and efficient. They were also friendly and respectful of my home. My carpets needed a good cleaning. I was so impressed with how they looked after the cleaning was complete. Everything dried quickly. I will definitely use Zerorez again!

The product was the best we've tried in years... and we've tried several. And we appreciated our technician Dan so much. He was knowledgeable, informative and just a really nice guy. We will definitely be using zerorez for all of our carpet needs!

We loved it but the price for the pet treatment was a little high.

I loved that the dry time was substantially shorter without compromising the clean factor.

There were dirty finger prints on the wall that had to be cleaned along with some chipped paint from the hose.

The service tech was very kind and considerate of our home. He was very personable and interacted in a professional, we would definitely welcome him back any time. There were a few spots that we knew would be very difficult to clean and appreciated the valiant attempt to remove then. There were however few spots that I though would come out easy and were still there once the carpet dried. Other than that, I was very pleased.

Paulo did a fabulous job. I only trust Zerorez to clean my carpets.

He was professional and nice. He was knowledgeable and friendly in talking to us and understood what our cleaning needs were, never pressuring us to do more than what we felt was necessary. The carpets were cleaned well and quickly. He gave us some tips on how to dry them faster, which helped us get things moved into those rooms quicker.

Could schedule a few days out. The man that came was nice, worked quickly, and explained what he was doing. The only down side was the 24+ hour dry time.

Honestly, I think your employees are your greatest asset. We called to have ZeroRez come back and re-clean a couple areas. The girl on the phone was friendly and professional, the tech who did the work was awesome (Spencer), and the customer service rep who followed up with a call was very friendly.

I just want to give a shout out for Spencer too. Not only was he friendly and helpful when he came to re-clean our carpet, he also went the extra mile and re-cleaned the whole area because he did such a good job in the area he re-cleaned, and it magnified the less-than-clean area that had been cleaned the week before. He didn't have to do that, but he wanted to save us time and energy if we had to call for a third time, and he wanted us to be satisfied with our carpet before he left. He offered to take a look at the other areas we may have had concerns with too. He's top notch and I've asked for customer service to put a note on my account that we prefer Spencer be our tech for any future cleanings.

Aside from that, I like that my carpet isn't crunchy when they dry and I don't have a yellow ring around the edges of my carpet. It just looks, feels, and smells clean.

My carpets look great, they were able to remove a huge red nail polish stain, and the employees were very nice and professional.
