The carpet guy said carpet would dry in 6-8 hours but now it is more than 24 hours and still damp. The truck mounts should have better suction than that. I was a custodial supervisor at BYU for 40 years so I know how truck mounts should dry

The technician was awesome! He was so friendly, professional and efficient. He made sure he cleaned the spots that were in my carpet. My rooms and stairs look and feel so clean. I will definitely use Zerorez in the future and would highly recommend using their services to anyone.

The first treatment left streaks on my carpet and stairs. I think it was the stain guard. There was a pool of dirtybwater left under a door jam in the corner. I thought the streaks would go away after vacuuming and they didn’t. I then went away for the summer and when I returned I called and they wouldn’t honor the guarantee since it had been over 30 days. I had to pay over $100 to have Taylar come and fix it. She did a good job and thought the streaking might be from the stain guard.

You staff made every effort to make things right. That said your prices exceed your competitors with inferior results.
Came on time, performed the service quickly and efficiently. Carpets look great. The carpet did take quite a while to dry, but it was worth it.
I love the service and results I and my family members have gotten each time we've used Zerorez! They even got a paint stain out that I'd tried to get out for a week. And all the pet stains!
