After the cleaning and waiting nearly 36 hours for the carpets to dry, i vacuumed the carpets before walking or setting up the rooms. From each room I was surprising was the amount of dirt vacuumed up. I had to empty the canister after each room.

I was not expecting this and now questioned if the carpets could have been cleaned better.

Everything was great! The workers were pleasant and helpful. Results were awesome and price too!

Your technician was helpful and very considerate of what our needs were. He went over everything he was going to do and had suggestions to improve the service. He went through each room with his large brush vacuum first, which really helped with getting the pet hair out of the carpet. We have two dogs and cleaning up the fur is a constant effort in our house.

The young men were nice, polite, and were mindful of our home. But it seemed like they didn’t CLEAN our carpets. They just ran the vacuum/spray device over the carpet once and really didn’t put effort into really doing a GREAT job. Like going over what we’re obviously areas that needed more attention. A good job but not one that I’d put my name behind.

Our technician did an amazing job. He was very professional and a hard worker. We had a lot of carpet to clean and he was great! Other companies have left my carpet soaking wet but not zerorez! I love that you don’t use soap that only makes your carpet more dirty.

Our technician was so professional, really great. My concern and confusion is that after he left I rubbed a white towel in some of the rug that had been cleaned and it came up dirty. Then I rubbed it in several of the carpet areas and got the same result in each room. I understand if drains won’t come out but is there supposed to be dirt still in the carpet?

There has been an awful smell to our carpets that wasn't here before after they were cleaned. There were a few spots that I was really hoping to get out which is why I wanted the carpets cleaned but the spots are still there.
