They were so professional and handled all of my concerns.

The carpet got cleaned below the surface. The technician, Roy, was friendly, wore shoe covers, and explained the cost of the service up front. He was knowledgeable about the Zerorez system and guarantee.

The service representative listened very carefully to what I wanted, did an excellent job of cleaning, and then asked me to check it over. Everything was done very well. I would definitely call Zerorez the next time I need my carpets cleaned.

Great service and my carpets look like new. I had my carpets installed in 2007 and haven't been cleaned since installation. I was to afraid to have them cleaned because the carpets seem to never be the same. I was so pleased with the results and now will have the cleaned on a more regular basis.

I waited 4 hours for someone to come. I would like a person to be at my home when I make an appointment time. When you sent someone else he came and did a great job. The best I have ever had. The gentleman was great. Cleanest I have ever had. Just need to wo;rk on your appointment system.
