1. It took 2 days to dry
2. I still pulled up dog hair after the cleaning.
3. Didn't give me the 3 day stay. Like was advertized.
Our technician Chris was very nice and thorough and did a great job.
I like your process for cleaning, and your service tech did a wonderful job.
Less expensive.
I wanted a couch and oversized chair & ottoman cleaned and I understand that upholstery is expensive to clean, but, the technician took one look at the couch and said it would cost me at least $200 to clean plus extra for the pillows and extra if we needed pet treatment and that he would be there at least 4-5 hours cleaning it. Seriously? By the time we added up the couch, chair and ottoman we were looking at almost $400. That was way too expensive, and it doesn't matter how much better zerorez cleans than other companies, that is WAY too much to charge. Also, the technician acted like he didn't want to spend the time that it would take anyway. So, I ended up just having the chair and ottoman done because I had a citydeal already purchased and didn't want to waste. And by the way, it only took him 45 min to do that cleaning, I doubt it would have taken 3-4 hours longer to do the couch.
The technician did a great job, called ahead, was there on time or early. The carpet looked great afterward, no spots left, dried fast, no residue.
No residual so the traffic lanes look cleaner longer.
They show up when they say they will. I like to email communication.
The techs are always professional appearing and extremely polite.
I am comfortable to have them in my home.
the carpets look nice.
Our technician was excellent
I appreciated both the communication prior to the service date (both with making the appointment and the arrival time)as well as the finished product (all visible stains were removed and the carpet was quite dry upon cleaning). The advertised radio pricing was fairly competitive with local providers.
I like the way the carpets seem cleaner than other cleaning services and it stays clean longer. I have tried many others. Your the best. I have recommended you to EVERYONE that the subject comes up to. I know of two that have used you and still do.
I like the fact that Zerorez does not use soap. With a one year old running around my house I want my house to be as clean as possible and I know with Zerorez I have that. Your staff was very nice and helpful and without knowing when the last time the carpets where cleaned I was very surpised how well they turned out.
Thank you ZEROREZ!
My technician was clean-cut, friendly, and professional. I had no qualms about having him in my home. He explained all the services, was eager to answer questions, and worked hard to get my carpets looking terrific. I was thinking about buying another home carpet cleaning machine (mine broke), but after seeing the superior results with zerorez, I'll be calling them again!
My carpet looks brand new!
They did an excellent job on our carpets. They got stains out that I never thought would come out. It smelled wonderful with no perfume odors or crusty residue. I would highly recommend them.
I apprecited the friendly person who performed the cleaning. Broc was informative, friendly but did not push himself for more work. He suggested several other things we could have had done, but couldn't afford. We already recommended Zerorez to our son who has also had them come and clean their home. We will definitely had them come again - our carpets look great!
ease of scheduling..fast service
quick and effective process; pretty quick drying time. Friendly and helpful workers
Can be more explicit as to the service you provide - like cleaning the carpet only - spots are extra, and the cost of protectors.
The tecnician was very informed but I learned what I wanted to know at the end of the cleaning rather than over the phone.
My carpet was cleaner than I expected it could ever be again. Your worker called in to find out how to remove a large area of candle wax that was melted deep into my living room carpet, and then he got it all out. I am very happy about that.
You service technician (Andrew) was informative and friendly. Was concerned about my well being and in doing a good job. He made sure that I knew that if some trouble spots reappeared in 7 days, that I should call in and have them corrected on a second visit. I could not be happier with the job.
Like how clean my Capet looks and feels
it gets out all the old residue and technicians are excellent
The scheduling and appt follow up was excellent. The cleaning value was average as the cleaner didn't do a total of 6 areas and charged us for it. He also didn't clean the closet in the master bedroom.
The job was well done. My only issues were that each time I called the person on the other end of the line sounded very soft. I called three times and struggled to hear her. There were two spots left in the carpet that I was told was not fixable. I am a fan, but not necessarily a raving fan. Chances are that I will give you another shot.
Your customer service was excellent.
Same day service, I found out that the new year's party was at my house at 10 am on Friday, December 30. I called at 1 pm to see if they could get me in, they were booked. 15 minutes later they called said that they had a cancellation. They were at my house at 4pm. Not only that but the carpet tech did such a wonderful job. My carpet looked brand new. Dry in 4-8 hrs. Loved the feel of carpet after it was dry. Sometimes it feels like theirs some kind of coating on it after it's cleaned and it's slippery, not zerorez. Mahalo Zerorez
The technician was amazing and the carpets and chairs look great!
Gets my carpet cleaner than anyone. Great investment for my home

Set proper expectations. The whole sales process could be better. I kept getting jerked around on just making an appointment. I first requested an afternoon appointment and I was told that would "be fine". Then when the representative called to confirm my appointment they said it would be between "8am-11am". I was disappointed to hear this and told the representative I had requested an afternoon appointment and they said "sorry about that but they are all full". I asked if I could be the first appointment so they could come close to 8am since no one lives at the house that was being cleaned and I would have to drive out there and I was reassured by the representative that I was "the first appointment" on the route and the cleaner would be there just after 8am. So I adjusted my work schedule to come in late that day. Then the day before the cleaning appointment was scheduled I get another call from Zero Rez asking to confirm my appointment "between 2pm-4pm". I was shocked to hear it was changed especially after I adjusted my work schedule. I asked why it was changed the representative said "I am note sure". I assumed it was because the original agent tried to do me a favor and get me a later appointment but without me knowing that she would do that it ended up causing more trouble. I requested that I get switched back to the "8am-11am" window since I already adjusted my work schedule. The Rep was finally able to get me switched back to the 8am appointment.
On the morning of the appointment I drove out to the house that would be cleaned and I got there at 7:45am. I finally got a call from the cleaner at 8:35am and he said that he was "on his way" and would be there in "30 minutes". I was slightly frustrated at this point since I was expecting them to be there just after 8 since I was assured that I was the first appointment. 30 minutes go by and no one has showed up, an hour passes and it is 9:40am when I get another call from the cleaner. He says, "traffic is really bad, I should be there soon". At this point I am really frustrated because I don't understand why its almost 10am and I am still waiting. Finally at 10:20am the cleaner shows up. Basically 2 hours past the time I was expecting him to show up. I don't understand how it can take 2 hours to get from Salt Lake to Eagle Mountain. I am sorry but even in traffic it wouldn't take that long. I was very upset because I delayed going into work and sat at an empty house waiting for your cleaner for 2 and a half hours. when I was reassured that I was "the first appointment".
All of these frustrations were created because your representatives created apparently unrealistic expectations. The cleaner told me that he doesn't even leave your warehouse until 8:20am each morning. If that is true why in the world would you say "8am" as a possible time when they don't even leave the warehouse until 8:20am? Secondly why reassure me that I am the "first appointment" if there is a good chance that the cleaner won't show up until almost the end of the appointment window of 11am? Thirdly why in the world would your cleaner call me and say "I am 30 minutes away" only to show up almost two hours later? The whole process from ordering to cleaning was very frustrating.
Now I expressed these frustrations to your cleaner and he called his manager and got me a discount. It was a pretty good discount he ended up cleaning another room and a hallway for $30 more. Personally I feel like I should have gotten those areas done for free considering the square footage of those "extra" areas he cleaned was probably a total of 200sq feet. But I was glad to see that he did try to work something out and acknowledged that I had a poor experience up until that point.
As far as the cleaning goes, you did a great job. My carpets look great and for that I am impressed. But as for the overall customer service experience goes I was not impressed at all. It would be nice if I could have more control of the scheduling of the cleaning on that very first call instead of waiting for a rep to confirm with me and then have shorter appointment windows of 2 hours instead of 3 and make sure they are realistic. Don't tell people 8am if your reps don't even leave the ware house until almost 8:30. I liked that the cleaner called me when he was on his way but make sure they give realistic expectations and don't say "I will be there in 30 minutes and show up 2 hours later".
