I would appreciate a call. Robert was professional and explained things. He had me feel the hall carpet so I could see it was just damp to the touch. He said it would be dry within 4-5 for walking, and completely dry in 10 hours. After he left I went into my daughter's room and it was saturated. It soaked through my socks immediately. It drew up some pet urine that then sat on the carpet. I had to have my daughter sleep on the couch and the room now smells like urine. There was two other spots that I had an issue with, one being saturated. My number is Phone number removed.

Appeared to be effective
The main purpose I had them come out was to get out some wax. They did a great job, but missed some parts. I pointed everything out and let them do their work. I went to look after they had already left, and there were a few wax spots remaining. Otherwise they did an excellent job.
We love that it doesn't leave the residue!

Very Professional - From making the appointment to the reminder email and calls, and the employee called prior to his appointed time. He was thorough with his explanation and worked quickly and efficiently. As of this date-12/21/11,in inspecting the carpet we have found very little "bleed back through" which we are very pleased with and will certainly use Zerorez again as well as recommend your service.
