I am satisfied with the service at present by Clemente, I am not happy about your technician ruining my entry flooring after I had spent over $2000 with your company. I have called your office several times regarding Thais issue. Your employee Clemente has seen this, taken pictures Nd reported this, still to no avail.
I feel you should honor your guarantee and take care of this issue.
Your employees are always very professional and I like how the are concious of my home and my things and treat them kindly. If they notice a stain or smell they are quick to let me know, and give me a options to fix it along with prices for the services. My carpets always look fantastic. Thanks for having great employees and a great product.
Not harsh chemicals
Your people seem genuine with regard to their concern for my carpets. I never felt like they were trying to SELL me anything. They gave me good information about what to watch for and let me know my satisfaction was their top concern.

I would recommend you to everyone because the carpets are very clean but not everyone can afford your service.
Carpet did not come as clean as we had hoped. Your service tech smelled of cigarette smoke, therefore when he was through our show room did also.
The service guy who came out was super friendly and helpful. Our carpets looked great!
Very efficient and friendly,did an outstanding job because some of our carpet was in a disasterous situation because of long term sicknesses which both my husband and I have had and we have not had our carpets cleaned for a long time. Very informative, asked detailed questions so they could do a good job. Worked hard, were very capable and competent,and we were delighted!!!!!

carpets were not that dirty to begin with and when finished cleaning, they did not look much better that prior to cleaning!
Really tough spots were almost all gone, and it smelled great afterwards.
My tile floor has been cleaned many times in the last 13 years. This was the best floor tile cleaning I ever received. The grout of my tile looks like brand new. Awesome cleaning job!
