You don't just mix the dirt in with the carpet like some cleaners. It is actually removed.
The carpets didn't come as clean as I had hoped. The stairway was done well and came quite clean, but the landing area and the open spaces didn't come as clean as I had hoped. The carpet is a burbur and I'm not sure if that is what the problem was.
Our carpets look great. They had not been cleaned for a while and I was worried that we had waited to long to get them done. But zerorez did a great job of getting them back in good shape.
I like the professional service and prompt service

My carpet looks very nice. You were even able to get the ground in dirt out of the carpet that separates the tile.
I got the stairs clean. They look like new and I thought we were going to have to replace the carpet. The couch was impossible. It was worn not dirty. But he tried. Can't wait to get my Egyptian rug. The runners in the kitchen are great.
Technician was very friendly and helpful. Carpet just didn't clean up quite like I had hoped. Had better luck with VCS last year.

Good sevice, helpful information
The advertising on talk radio or your web page never mentioned there are upcharges on wool carpets,almost $30.00 more per room...pricey! If the room goes over 200 sq. ft. this seems really subjective and over the top. Most household bedrooms are over 200 sq. ft. The tech. we had did a fantastic job. Your techs are obligated to go by Zerorez charging policy you may want to give your techs more latitude when making the decision if a room actually qualifies as two. Or better yet, if the room goes over the 200 sq. ft. charge what it goes overy by but not an additional room. Originally I thought I would recommend Zerorez to my sisters for their homes I won't now because their homes are much larger than mine under your current pricing schedule they would be into carpet cleaning at a unreasonable amount. When the tech cleaned my carpets I was never told exactly how much the room was over on sq. footage to qualify it as two he only told me it was being charged as two rooms...this is confusing and I felt overcharged. Hope this request lands with the appropriate individuals to make some meaningful changes.
Set a time for appointment ahead of time
I felt blindsided by the pricing. I would have made different choices about which areas to have done when I learned what I had been charged. Especially considering that my "rooms" are extremely small and it's quite ridiculous to charge me the same for the tiny spot in a bedroom as the large family room. I felt like I was ripped off.
I like the feel of my carpets--there really look lean but they are soft too which really surprized me.

First off your truck leaked black oil on my driveway. We keep our driveway clean as well as our carpets. My husband was out trying to scrub that clean. Second the last time I had you come we had a room done and we carried the area carpet under the table out to the drive way and your guy cleaned it beautifully. This time they wanted to take it out and have it cleaned and the price was 70.00 which was horrible. I refused to let them take it. I only payed about 140.00 for the rug it is not wool or anything special. I refused to pay that and I am hoping you have credited my sons credit card back for the charge. So I feel like the job was really only half done.
Carpets look great and the service was excellent (professional, pleasant, efficient).
The tech was nice enough and knowledgable about carpets and carpet cleaning. The product worked on a couple of difficult spots. We appreciated the email instructions about what to expect and the follow-up calls.
