I like the concept / method used. The results are very good.
We have had several other companies in our home and none of them were able to get our carpet as clean as Zerorez. The next day when the carpet was completely dry, it still looked great. With the light color of our carpet, stains and spots would often reappear or resurface after other cleaners finished. The technician was knowledgable, hardworking and respectful, and went the extra mile to help us move a couch and large glass table top. I will recommend Zerorez to family and friends.
My carpet dried in the time (no actually quicker than) they told me it would. And it was NOT really very wet.

the scheduling was a nightmare. had over 7 phone calls changing appointment times. had 2 phone calls after service was done to confirm appt. get it together it was embarrassing.

That you say you go with the Green which I like I don't like all of the strong added things in cleaning supplies
The services was Great....The young man that cleaned the carpet was very professional,
very considerate worked very Detail --got next to the walls When I have the carpet cleaned
next I would like to have him back. Not many young people have that attitude when they are
doing things anymore.

I was very impressed with how well you were able to clean my carpet. They looked beautiful when the technician was all finished and my whole house smelled clean and fresh. My carpet is almost 12 years old and it looks great! The technician was very professional and did an awesome job...he really took his time. I was very impressed!! I will request him next time and refer my friends.

We were really happy with the cleanliness of the carpet. We expected to pay $120 for our two rooms and ended up paying $350, so we would recommend your service with a warning about the "nickle and dime" added expense. Also, it has been four full days now and one of the areas is still damp. I'm still hoping it doesn't get moldy.
They come when they say they will. Get the services done quickly. Very nice young man came to my house this past week, offered a cover product which I have used before and applied that alsol.
Your service was fast and effiecent and our carpets look like new again. The young man Daniel that cleansed our carpets was very courtious and gave us alot of information about the cleaning process. We were very satisfied and would use you again.
I like cleaning with out soap, and that the carpets are not soaked.
I was not happy with the customer service. When I called to schedule I had to mention the specials- she didn't offer them. Also I was told they would come between 11-2 so I had plans before that time. They called at 9:30 that morning and said they would be there at 10. When I said I wouldn't be home until 11:00 they very rudely told me that it was then or after 2:00. I had a neighbor come stay at my house so it could get done. I felt like I was treated very rudely.
All the spots came out except for the glue. Someone was in the living room with glue ?

I was expecting the Zerorez Product. However, because the truck couldn't reach my carpet the person that cleaned the carpet used a
mobile vacuum machine and it didn't do the job. He then came back with a "dry" cleaning system and It still wasn't clean.
I have seen what the Zerorez can do and the mobil service fell far short of your advertized product.
I feel like I wasted 79 dollars.
