Great scheduling system lets the customer know when to expect the technician. Also love how the technician makes sure everything looks exactly how we wanted it before they left. Drying time was a full day sooner than the competition.
I loved the iron flashlight to show me all the stains I could not see. I also liked the citrus smell afterwards.
Technicians are very courteous. They go the extra mile to protect the cleaniness of your home.
The one room I told the fella had urine and the most use didn't get cleaned very well...the urine smell was even stronger after he left and the carpet was very saturated and took nearly two days to dry. I took out my bissle and went over that room and got the smell out. There is one stain in that same room that was orange soda that was still there and it came out easily with the bissle...just think the room was gone over too fast. THANKS
The workers were nice and professional, but spent a lot of time selling other services. They were eficient, but upped the price 10 doolars for a cross hall that was attached to the main hall. The total area was within the 3 areas of 200 sq feet offered in the ade. Then it took 12 hours for the carpet to dry, but the carpet is nice and clean.
We liked the fact that you do not use any shampoo or smells of any kind in your cleaning. Our technican Anthony did a great job and was friendly and polite.
Our technician, Isaias was awesome! He was so friendly and worked so hard. We would love to have him and Zerorez back again! Our carpets look so great.

You schedualed me in an 8-11AM slot, yet no one came. I called, and it was 2 hours later before someone finally showed up. I also had a couple of grease spots that your technician got out by hand. I can still see where they were, because I think it needs to have been gone over with the steam as well to remove the solvent,(I plan to call and request that to be done shortly). The rest of my carpets do look really good.
The technicians were very thorough and explained things so well and my carpets look great!
Knowledgeable upfront technicians. My carpets look brand new and they taught me how to take better care of them so they will last longer. I like that.

Quick, did a great job, friendly, knowledgable.
My carpet is 10+ years old and has only been professionally cleaned (if that's what other company wants to call it) once in our time since owning it. Zerorez took out so much of the filth that I don't feel in such a hurry to have it replaced. No soap residue is the ONLY way to go and the specials made it cheaper than the soap-using competitors. The carpet dried quickly and looks and feels great! I'll definitely have them back!
After some internet research we ultimately chose Zerorez because of the naturally clean, quick drying process used. The company's prompt response to our service request was great and the technician Jarom Durfey was friendly, professional and very efficient.
We also appreciated that Jarom didn't waste our time trying to up sell every other service offered by the company as had been our experience using Stanley Steemer in our previous home.

I appreciated the courtious reps. My husband and I enjoyed conversation with them as they cleaned the carpets. I appreciated the "bumper guards" placed on the corners of the walls.
There was no pressure to accept additonal services.
I like the concept of cleaning without chemicals.

When your first representative came had he been able to finish the job, I would not have recommended your company. Due to his faulty machine another representative came. He was very professional unlike the first. His name was Jarom. He went beyond what was asked to make sure we were satisfied. His attitude and explanation of the process and your "green" products were wonderful.
My carpet feels clean, not chemically treated following the cleaning. Your technicians are knowledgeable and listen to my concerns.
