I really like Zerorez. They do an incredible job on carpets and furniture. I had a carpet that I thought I was going to have to replace but Zerorez was able to get out all the stains. My dining room chairs looked brand new when they finished with them.

The service was Great

I used KSL coupon to initiate business with Zerorez, thinking that I was getting a good deal. The technician arrived and quoted me over $600 for a job that I understood was going to cost $160. I feel like I got ripped off with a "cat urine" treatment that cost me over $200 alone. My carpet is still stained and smells like urine. How can that treatment cost so much and be so ineffective?
