That it really clean our carpets and it was fast and easy.

We paid over $700.00 to have our rugs and furniture cleaned and there are great big stains still left in the carpet. The worker told me that I had to pay extra to remove the stains. I could have rented my own steam cleaner to do the same work that he did. The idea of hiring a professional cleaner is to GET THE STAINS OUT of the carpet. How sad!!! We only had our living room and the large area in our basement done. The $130.00 quote turned into $700.00. I feel I got robbed!!!!

I like that the carpets are not very wet when cleaning is completed. I have been very satisfied with the dirt and other stains you have been able to pull up out of my carpets. I manage 16 rental units and use Zerorez for all my carpet cleaning. I have already referred you to several others and will continue to do so.

My husband and I were extremely unimpressed with the technician who came to our house from Zerorez this time. We wanted to use zerorez again because we were so impressed with your service the first time we used your company to clean our carpets. This technician (I think his hame was David) was much more interested in trying to upsell than to do a great job. For example...He never gave us a receipt with the breakdown of what he did. His verbal estimate of cost was much less than the final charge. He neglected to mention extra charges that he threw in. He did not get the edges of the carpet clean. He did not spend time to try to get the heavier stains out. He only wanted to clean around chairs, etc instead of moving them. He even wanted to clean around a small wooden rocking chair that was in the middle of a room. I had to move it for him so he would clean that spot...ridiculous! He banged into a good deal of our furniture. He broke a ceramic fairy that cost $30 plus shipping which was on a planter. That gives you an idea of how hard he banged the furniture. He even took out a small chunk of dry wall on the the stairwell which he never told me about. He told me about the fairy after a while and asked me what I wanted to do about it. I told him how much it had cost me and he just stared at me with no suggestions of his own so I asked him to clean a very small throw rug for me. He told me he would do it if I signed a waver in case he ruined it. I said I would, but he never did have me sign anything. He came to tell us he was finished and my husband checked to see if he had moved the mat that the computer chair was on. He had not even cleaned that area so my husband asked him to and he said his equiptment was already put away and didn't want to get it back out to clean it. We really like the way zerorez works when it is done properly, but if this is the way it is done now we would not recommend your service to anyone. We are extremely disssatisfied cusomers.

Zerorez gets my carpets cleaner than any other company I've used. I manage apartments, and have used them on several occasions. My carpets look better, dry faster and the clean seems to last longer. Also, the black spots don't come back from deep down as fast either.

The service tech was very pushy and definitely wanted to make money on upselling products. I was also over charged for cleaning very small areas. And afterwards I was billed for something he said he wasn't going to charge me for.

The tech that came out worked very hard to assure our satisfaction. He made sure we were happy before he put away his equipment. Very thorough and professional.
