The gentleman, Kevin Hunter, was very knowledgeable and efficient in his cleaning of the area rug. Quite honestly he was much better than the first person who had previously cleaned it. The before and after effect were eye opening as the rug was transformed from a dingy color to a bright off white rug that it is.

It left the carpet feeling nice and clean when it was previously in a pretty rough state between two small children and two dogs. The technician was very friendly and explained things clearly. He even explained it nicely for my very inquisitive 7 year old who has a lot of questions. :)
