The process was clearly explained to us during the initial walk through. We felt like our house was actually cleaner once the job was done. Not just this sense of....we had the carpets cleaned so it "SHOULD" be cleaner. No, it actually felt clean, smelled clean and looked clean. The grout in our floor tiles came so white!!!
I think most carpet cleaning services are similar what makes a difference is the person who does the actual cleaning. Kevin Hunter was fantastic.
When I marked an 8 on the previous review, I didn't realize you were interpretating the review to reflect how the person who actually cleaned the floors was rated. I still object to having to read the additional charges on someone's phone! The man who cleaned the floors couldn't have been more helpful, efficient and informative! I like how quickly I can get an appointment..the service people have been knowledgeable and explain what will be done..they give you the choice as to how much or how little treatments you want done..AND the carpets dry in a short amount of time.
