The customer service was GREAT!!! I was on break when I surfed Zerorez due to receiving an mailer from a few months ago. I was not able to finish looking into Zerorez and my break was over. Zerorez called me shortly (which I happened to be heading out to lunch) and stated that they received my information from when I looked them up online. I told her I was so glad that she had called me and said that I had been meaning to get my carpet cleaned for a while now however I’ve just been too busy working. We were able to find a time that worked.
Kevin was the person who came over to clean my carpets. I loved how he called me before coming over. Upon arrival, Kevin was AWESOME!!! He was very professional and knowledgeable, was super nice, he explained what he was going to do, what Zerorez used, the before and after results, etc. There was a lot of carpet cleaning that needed to be done in a 3500 sq ft home. Kevin was AMAZING!!! My carpets look GREAT after he finished the job. It looks almost BRAND NEW again! THANK YOU KEVIN & THANK YOU Zerorez!!! We will definitely be using your service again in the future!

I requested a deep cleaning and boy that's what I got! They were very considerate and patient with me. My carpet was very dirty but it's only 7 years old. It now looks like new again and I will have them back every year to clean it again.
The Technicians were very thorough and gracious. It was recommended that I get some sort of stain remover where the shadows were heavier. It seemed to do the trick and I am so grateful, My carpets look so much nicer and brighter now. Thank you!!
I had my carpet cleans by Zerorez on July 1, 2021. They arrived on time and were very polite and professional. They informed me of additional services that were available but, I declined and stayed with the basic cleaning. My carpets look fantastic and I would not hesitate to use Zerorez again or recommended them to family and friends. They were more expensive than other carpet cleaning companies but, it was well worth it and next time I will look for saving coupons online to reduce the cost.

Quality of the work
I made an appointment but received a call back moments later moving it up to the next day! I live in an area outside of your regular coverage area but that you do service when there are multiple requests in our area.
