It liked how easy it was to set up an appointment and get an estimate online. Soon after login in I was receiving an email from a person ready to talk if I needed assistance or wanted to continue via phone.
I was kept informed every step of the way, via text, emails and voice mail. Our technician Jordan did a great job in cleaning the carpets and give us very good information to how to maintain our carpets in between cleanings.

Our service person, Eraclio, did an amazing job cleaning a large living room rug as well as a stained carpet in our bedroom and bath/closet. He also cleaned all our leather furniture with beautiful results.. The service was very good and I would not hesitate to call them back next year.

Remarkable improvement in our tired carpets.

Zerorez has great customer service! Our light carpets had some extra tough staining that didn't come out as we had hoped, but Zerorez gladly came back out to try to resolve our concerns. Our technician Leo was very pleasant and professional during both appointments and we really appreciated him re-cleaning the stubborn stains, which improved a bit but we understood that certain stains especially on light carpeting are sadly permanent.
With that said, we would definitely recommend Zerorez for their great cleaning services and their exceptional customer service to perform the best job possible! Thank you!
